Gallas print quality standards are adopted from respected trade organizations’ quality standards. In many cases, we exceed the quality standards established in these manuals:
- ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
- Manual of Recommended Standard Test Methods for Pressure Sensitive Labels published by the Tag and Label Manufacturers Institute (TLMI)
- Flexographic Image Reproduction Specifications and Tolerances 4.0 (FIRST 4.0) published by the Flexographic Technical Association (FTA).
In addition, we have created our own custom quality and standards manual for every process performed in our plant. Commitment to quality led to acquiring SensoTec auto registration technology, which ensures each label is 100% accurately registered. We look forward to future acquisitions that raise the bar for exceptional efficiency.
